About

I am Liran,

An organisational consultant and HR expert with over 16 years of experience in senior management roles within the high-tech industry. I specialise in organisational needs assessment, development and implementation of cross-company processes, executive coaching, and tailored workshops for clients. My experience includes software and hardware companies, ranging from early-stage ventures to organisations with up to ~500 employees, including sites in Israel and abroad.

 

My mission,

Is to bring the vision of founders and executive leadership to life by applying my tools, experience, and deep expertise in organisational and managerial realms. My approach is rooted in extensive practical experience, technological insight, and skills drawn from crisis management, group facilitation, profiling, and behavioural analysis. Every process and engagement with managers is aligned with company values to deepen their integration, ensuring that employees identify with and view themselves as committed to being long-term part of the organisation.

 

I hold,

A Bachelor's degree in Psychology and History from the Open University and a Master's degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution with a specialisation in Crisis Management from Bar-Ilan University. Additionally, I completed Group Facilitation studies at the Maagalim Institute and a Criminal Profiling program at Ariel University's Continuing Education division as well as various certifications in body language analysis, including the Facial Action Coding System by Paul Ekman. I have also undergone training through the Directors and Office Holders course at Lahav Executive Education of Tel - Aviv University.
